SENIOR PR & MARKETING COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR

  • Write up or Translate Press Release and  all Collaterals in Thai

  • Manage/direct all advertising, public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments, i.e. promotion ads in newspaper/ magazine, free magazine review or barter

  • Use of social network to promote/ market hotel, IG, Facebook, LINE, Google+ and Youtube

  • Write up all Thai Text promotional activities(includes version for Flyers, Poster, Billboards, Facebook, Letter)

  • Organizing and coordinating media visits, invite media to review or assist media if they are interested, includes TV programme, TV series production shooting, newspaper, magazine, bloggers

  • Working with credit card companies, mobile providers, private company and association for marketing deals/ promotions i.e. all major credit cards, True move, AIS, DTAC, Bank, promotion deal with membership of association   

  • Design artwork for post on social media

  • Weekly reports from the team to be assembled by Marketing Communication Coordinator every Saturday Morning and send to Marketing Manager

  • Prepare PR and marketing report with PR value/results for sales and marketing mothly meeting. 

  • Attend Meetings and classes for ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001

  • Attend Marketing Team Meetings to discuss about strategy and tactics for the year

  • Organize, oversee and assist with various photoshoots, film shoots, adverts etc.

  • Issue shooting contracts

  • Prepare the annual RCHG advertising budget plan for leisure and MICE in consultation with Executive Director

  • Liaise with the publisher regarding deadlines, artwork details etc.

  • Sell special rates and vouchers to media and press

  • Driving online sales growth especially through corporate website.

  • To implement e-marketing (SEM, SEO, EDM) strategies to maximize online revenue.

  • Enable e-commerce sales efforts by effectively managing the front-end website experience, landing pages, content, product placement and overall merchandising experience

  • Constructing and analyzing performance report to track and evaluate site user behavior via Google Analytics; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and sales conversion.

  • Develop and manage website promotion schedules, social media strategy and product promotions by working in partnership with sales, marketing, product developer and graphic designers.
